Once payment has been done, there will be no cancellation and refund.
Annual software subscriptions and AMC charges are non-refundable after activation.
Payments for domain registration, web hosting, VPS, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, and third-party services cannot be refunded once purchased.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the amount paid towards completed work shall not be refunded.
Any duplicate payment made due to technical error will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days.
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with transaction details. After successful verification, the amount will either be refunded or adjusted against future payments.
